Our groomers
Carolyn
Owner and groomer, Carolyn, has been grooming dogs professionally since 2014.
In 2019, Carolyn opened The Barking Barber in Ottawa’s Hintonburg neighbourhood. She believes every dog that comes in is unique in their own special way and deserves the best love and care she can give them.
Carolyn believes in the power of further education and frequently visits grooming conferences, and participates in seminars and workshops to continually build on her skills.
At home she has 3 cats: Weebles, Pixie, and Amaya.

tianna
Tianna has been grooming since 2016. She has groomed in both Ottawa and Brampton, and is very capable at grooming all breeds and temperaments.
When she’s not at the salon, Tianna loves spending time with her dog Flex.

MARIANA
Mariana moved to Canada from Brazil in 2022 to study English and work with the animals she loves most: dogs! She loves working with all sizes and breeds of dogs and showering them with lots of love.
At home she hangs out with her Mini Aussie Luke.

Lisa has been grooming since 2008 and has worked in various salons around Ottawa. She always knew that she wanted to work with animals and be creative in her career and grooming fit the bill. Her favorite aspect of grooming is finding the balance between perfectly pampered and perfectly comfortable.
At home she likes to spend time with her dogs Jojo, Cosmo, and Kelso.
